Blagdon Visitor Centre

'Water' concert that was.

On a glorious day in Somerset the Band performed a short programme of music for the visitors at Blagdon Pumping Station Visitor Centre.  The historic pumping station has been preserved for the enjoyment of all who visit the picturesque grounds and Blagdon Lake.  The Band has enjoyed playing to visitors many times in the past and was delighted to perform here again.

The Band played a selection of traditional brass band pieces including the Floral Dance, theme from Last of the Summer Wine and Over the Rainbow.

The afternoon (including tea and cake!) was enjoyed by all and the Band looks forward to performing at this venue again next year.
