 On Bank Holiday Monday, May 1st, the combined forces of City of Bristol Brass Band, 650(!) singers and the magnificent organ of Bristol Cathedral combined for an incredible performance of Handel's coronation anthem "Zadok the Priest" The performance took place at Bristol Cathedral, and was organised in celebration of the Coronation of His Majesty King Charles III. A video and audio recording of the performance will now be sent to Buckingham Palace as a gift from the city on the occasion of the coronation The band were delighted to be part of the performance and occasion.
